This massive project included work to create 1,157 student stations at Mulberry Middle School. Our team created a new multi-story classroom building, an EHPA cafeteria, administrative offices, a library, CCTV studio, art rooms, music areas, outdoor dining and teaching spaces, new parent drop-off, bus loop, and PCSB’s 1st ever LEED certified building, a new EHPA Gymnasium. The massive 2-story classroom building was completed in less than 8 months, and the entire project was completed several months ahead of schedule, ensuring that Polk County’s students and teachers had a new state-of-the-art facility delivered on-time and under budget!
