Established in 1989, in the living room of John and Becky Rodda’s home, the company was a dream and an opportunity to write their own success story. John’s brother, Jodie, was there from the beginning. They were hands-on with every project they accepted. Those first projects were small, but the quality, professional approach to construction and workmanship soon opened other doors and the company began to expand into many markets. Office buildings, schools, churches, and multi-family projects, along with industrial, sports, and medical facilities became the focus of the business. Eventually, they found themselves with a good problem to have, growth. Their reputation was growing fast and John and Jodie needed to decide how to steadily grow to become both a distinct leader, and a firm recognized for its commitment to the Central Florida area. Every year John and Jodie pitched, estimated, managed, constructed, and delivered bigger and better projects. Their experience, knowledge, and expertise continued to grow with each new endeavor. They were gaining momentum, building a portfolio, and earning the trust of professionals in the business community. But all the while, they understood the importance of giving back to the neighborhood where they lived and worked, sparking a generosity that would be ever-expanding.
