A new 118,000SF, elementary school at the historic Davenport Community School Campus in Davenport, FL. The project includes a new 2-story classroom building, library, P.E. facilities, cafeteria, 1-story classroom buildings, and extensive renovations to existing buildings to bring the historic campus back to life as a vibrant community school. Additional work included a covered PE playcourt, teacher work areas, and work to create a new parent traffic loop and bus rider drop off area canopy.
