This project involved the partial structural demo of an existing warehouse in order to add both height and width to the structure to make it large enough to house a new blueberry packaging plant. This innovative project was designed and completed within 4 months, and included spaces for high-tech sorting, cleaning, and packaging equipment. The project also included loading docks, a large freezer, storage and stocking rooms, offices, and other related spaces.
